Payment and cost:
The cost of training will be agreed prior to the booking being confirmed. Payment will be requested within 28 days of the training taking place as stated on our invoices. If payment is not received within the requested time period a reminder will be sent. If a second reminder is required a £20 admin fee will be applied.
Cancellation policy:
When training booked by a customer is cancelled our cancellation policy will come into effect. The policy is as follows:
Training Cancellation timeline
More than 10 days prior to training start date
10 days or less but more than 5 days prior to training start date
5 days or less prior to training start date
This policy may be waivered if the training is postponed or cancelled for out of the ordinary reasons. This will be up to the discretion of Direct Lifting Solutions.
